This blog was created to help those who are trying to live a healthy lifestyle and or those who want to lose weight.
The main idea is to help you make better choices and work them in gradually over time at a level that is comfortable to you.
You did not develop your lifestyle in a day, and it would be unreasonable to suggest that you change it in one.
You don’t have to feel any guilt here.  The only way you can fail to reach your goals is if you just completely give up.
You have all the time in the world to develop healthy habits… what else would you be doing anyway?
Together we can learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.
This may include food and exercise ideas, along with any other methods that come up.
You NEVER have to participate in any idea that is uncomfortable for you.  If exercise is not your thing, but you want to learn to eat healthier…no problem… you can just skip any posts that don’t pertain to you.
I am going to do the research for you, so all you have to do is come and read the posts.


*One note… I am not a health professional, just someone like you who has done extensive research and trials.
